Couple of shots from last month...

I guess some of it was lost in image compression... The first pic is the daily autumn battle between the morning frost and the rising sun... I particularly liked how the shaded areas stayed frosty while the sunny areas thawed creating a frosted zebra pattern in my front yard...

The cat... that's the new family member... she's a "special" cat...

I'm gonna guess the cat's name is Razz.

hah, sounds like an apt name given the photo, but no... Kara. Named by my friends' teen daughter when they got Kara as a kitten in LA. She was given to me, because she wasn't getting along w/ the two male strays they adopted after we moved to TN.

She does get along fabulously w/ my male cat Chewy...
