I started this forum because I was tired of some of the petty bickering and name calling that seems to go on on so many other forums these days. This forum is different from many others out there in that we expect members here to behave in a civil fashion and observe the golden rule - treat others as you would have them treat you! Name calling and personal attacks are not long tolerated.

If you are looking for a place where the focus is on photography, not politics or social issues, and where we expect folks to act like adults, then you have come to the right place!

I don't want to be the one to rant, whine or thump but where's the participation?!?

It ain't easy to get a forum moving. I don't want to use other forums to pimp this forum, so have been trying to prod folks from BCF to hop over here is they are into photography. Tell your friends!

Talked to a man today, showed him the site. Hope he follows through and joins us. He's a Canon guy, too.
