I am feeling that they may be the wave of the future for those of us who do not want to use a phone for all our photography. So far I only bought one lens specifically for the E-M1, a 17mm f1.8 that I use for low light situations, even though the camera lists ISO settings up to 25600. I had another lens that I bought with my older PL-1 that uses the same mount, but even my 70-300mm zoom with the converter mount works well, but does not allow some of the extra features to work. I just recently upgraded the firmware to get a few new features including focus bracketing that only works with 17mm lens, but I plan to add another lens or two in the future as well.
