Glad to see you've joined us. I knew there is a meteor shower that happens in the winter (would have to look up the exact dates), didn't know there was a summer shower too. I have caught rocks burning by accident before.
I will often see shooting stars as I'm driving home at night, heading east. I've never tried shooting during a meteor shower, but sounds like something I'd like to try.
